Refund Policy

Please remember that we always suggest to our customers they consult with a doctor before beginning any type of diet.

• US HOODIA should be combined with a regular exercise routine and healthy eating habits.
• We ask all of our customers to try US HOODIA for at least 3 weeks before deciding to return our product.
• US HOODIA should be taken on an EMPTY stomach with 12oz of water 3 times a day along with regular exercise and a balanced nutrition.
• We only offer refunds for our one month supply. (1 bottle).

We will accept all returns within 30 days of the purchase date.  The Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges associated with the product shipment and return.  Once we receive the product we will issue you a refund for your purchase LESS shipping charges and restocking fee ($7) Example. - $44.95 - $7 = $37.95. Customer should expect to receive $37.95 credit when refunding their order.

Please contact us before sending product back to us in order to receive return shipping address. We will NOT refund any purchases unless you first contact us first.

All returns must include all of the unused portion of US HOODIA along with a printout of your payment receipt. Please remember, only 1 bottle purchases are eligible for refunds. We do NOT offer a money back guarantee on 2 month or 3 month purchases. (1 bottle = 1 month, 2 bottles = 2 months and 3 bottles = 3 month)

When sending the product back to us for a refund, we stongly encourage the consumer to mail the shipment back with tracking and delivery confirmation to ensure delivery of the product
